Steve Manderscheid – Principal Consultant and Manager
Steve has 18 years experience and a diverse background working on organization and leadership development initiatives in a variety of industries. Steve has been a full time organization development professional in business for 15 years and a consultant and full time scholar/practitioner for six years. Steve enjoys partnering with and coaching leaders at all levels to deliver practical & high impact organization development solutions. Steve is a faculty member at Concordia University in the College of Business and Organizational Leadership. Steve holds a B.S. in Science and Technology with a minor in Business and Marketing, and a certification in Microcomputer Science from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota. He also has a master’s degree in Human Resource Development (HRD) from the University of Minnesota and has completed his doctorate in Organization Development at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN. Steve’s publishing interests are in Leadership Development and Strategic Planning. In addition to teaching and consulting, Steve is a member of the editorial review board for the journal Advances in Developing Human Resources. Steve has had the opportunity to work and travel in 24 countries. Moreover, he has had the opportunity to present his research in leadership development in China, England, France, and Malaysia. Steve currently resides in Edina, MN with his wife Nicole and their three children…Jack, Alec, and Jena.
Bob Meekin - Founder and Adviser
Bob is VP of Organization and Talent Development at Liberty Diversified International in Minneapolis, MN. Bob’s career has taken him all over the world, working for organizations such as Chrysler Corporation, Exxon Chemical, Mesaba Airlines, Becton Dickinson and GN Hearing Instruments, where he has held senior leadership roles for the past 10 years, including Director of Organization Development (OD) and VP of Human Resources. Bob received a B.A. from St. John’s University, an M.A.I.R from the University of Minnesota, and an M.S. Degree in OD from American University and NTL in Washington D.C. where he graduated with distinction. Bob began the St. Thomas Doctorate Program in OD in April, 2008. Bob also teaches on an adjunct basis at Hamline University in the MBA program, Capella University and Concordia University. Bob’s career has taken him to Illinois, Texas, Massachusetts and New Jersey and now resides in Minnesota. Bob has learned about organizations through both hands-on experience and higher education. He understands how individuals, teams and organizations function at a high level. He has the ability to take complex organizational issues and apply them in a practical and meaningful way. Bob has a broad and deep understanding of Organization Development, with organization assessment and design, succession management and team development as strong areas of expertise. Bob has also successfully designed and worked in high performing HR and Organization Development functions within organizations domestically and internationally.
